I thought universally, the bar was set at 4 inches for significant?

I know @candersonconvinced his wife of this, but I thought the meteorological community did as well.

We broke the board discussing plowable vs no last evening.  The true winners were those trying out their plow techniques while us nerds were discussing it.

i am now cleaning coffee off my keyboard, desk and paper work.

Good. It'll make that paper work look older, which shows you have been diligently working this entire time.

I mean, that's my assumption. I watched Ben Kingsley dump a cup of coffee on some dude's blauschein in Schindler's List to convince the SS he was of an older variety, and while that guy likely still got gassed, he didn't get gassed immediately.

I think somewhere in there is the analogy that I probably saved you your job. For now. You're welcome.

I dropped to 23 last night.  Still liking an area-wide 2-4" for this event with a couple lollipops.  CTP map and HWO....

Expected Snowfall - Official NWS Forecast

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Light snow accumulation may result in hazardous travel conditions
Thursday evening into Friday morning.

An icy mix may result in hazardous travel conditions on Sunday.

I don't think that's a good thing if correct?

At this point, I think there is a lot of confusion and multiple vorts running around up there.  So not sure of the answer to that.  Just an observation.   Like I mentioned, people in the MA starting talking phasing yesterday.  The opposite of spacing.

NBD - I could get that much from flurries and squalls, plus it’d be a lot more interesting to watch on radar.
