Blizzard of 93
There is a chance at more upside. The Euro can’t decide where to place the low when it hits the coast. You can see the 3 tiny “circles” off of the coast of VA. If the low consolidates and ends up towards the inner circle, this storm could deliver more goods.

Definitely a delay in jumping . Which ultimately keeps us in the moisture transport a bit longer instead of collapsing best moisture se quickly. I take it lol. 850 moisture. Dark purple actually makes it into SC Pa this run before collapsing ese . You can see the remains of the original surface low here in se Va this run Great analysis! The 18z EPS also had some uptick in snow amounts for the LSV over the 12z EPS. 18z top vs. 12z bottom

Decent 24 hour precip showing as well for that day. Big game hunting during that period. Many of the needed elements are there. Op shows moisture as well. We have missed several similar situations over the last 4 winters I have been back so not assuming the best but watching just the same. There was a situation late last winter where a very sharp trough dug down into Florida and the n/s and s/s both offered juicy options that could have easily turned into a Jan 16 situation. Ended up sunny. Lol.
