What's the biggest snowfall from a synoptic system y'all have seen?

12" is typically the max for most areas in the upland South, though some once-in-a-generation storms (such as the Blizzard of '93) produced 1-2 feet for

30 inches 2017 from a hybrid synoptic lake enhanced storm.

It's hard to decipher synoptic from lake effect, almost every storm has some enhancement somewhere lol

Probably can find some decent ones in here..

I lived in Boston during Nemo in 2013.

24", most of it in about 12 hours.

Blizzard of 96 at my childhood home of Lancaster, PA. 36 inches...then another foot from a different system later that week...and then an epic flood on the Susquehanna River with "ice bergs" floating down and destroying bridges, roads, and homes. Truly an epic month January 96 was for Central PA.

None of us were around for this one lol

58 inches (150 cm) of snow fell in Saratoga Springs, New York; 48 inches (120 cm) in Albany, New York; 45 inches (110 cm) in New Haven, Connecticut; and 22 inches (56 cm) in New York City.[

That 22" in NYC looks like at least 40" in pictures.
