It's amazing we never switched back to rain. My neighbor was showing at Target, which is E. Brainerd where [mention=1313]dwagner88[/mention] lives. He said it was all rain and when they passed the Volkswagen exit and topped the hill to the Ooltewah exit the snow started. This first storm to usher in the favorable period was always going to be a question mark.
