We’re at least back to familiar territory with gefs on the se side of the envelope. Unfortunately it’s not far enough because even a 50/50 compromise, which is being generous, would send this up the Hudson along with Ant’s squad car.

The 00z ensembles were really sensitive to the northern stream this time around. So that was what was really bullying the low pressure locations overnight. So some combination of weaker northern stream or stronger southern stream would be helpful.
