This is another one of those times where a wee bit of elevation makes a difference, my area is entirely above freezing and has been for a little while now. It's been just rain and anything that was shoveled and cleared yesterday is pretty much just wet except in sheltered or northerly aspect areas. We have to go out in a bit and I'm hoping it's like that around the area not just here on the hill.

Just crossed over to 32, but Wunderground still has me at 30.7.* Either way we’re basically there. Everywhere around still not even to 30 yet

Everything was coated in ice up here this morning, it is melting now. There are not any current wide spread outages as the icing was not that bad.  That said, with the large number of dead ash trees around it doesn’t take much to bring them down. No power with the cold temps coming is not a good combo so hopefully everyone is back by tonight.

Was weather related, at least 1 outage was a tree, another was an accident. Localized for sure.

After a high of 33 back down to 32 with fog and more freezing rain. In the end you guys who got 7” of snow will have nothing and up here in Dutchess I will have cement with my 3”.

The 4.0 inches we had compressed to 2.5 inches of solid mass. This will be a good base for hopefully more to come at the end of the week

Wantage-Branchville NJ (the Distillery). Icing has started again since 6PM.... minor icing at worst. 31.8F. Road were being salted up here near the Appalachian Trail.
