Expecting around 3 or 4 inches here. one inch on the ground already and snowing moderately to heavy at times. There goes our chance of having the longest period for a measurable snow record out the door in the LV Well better luck next time. I guess reverse psychology does work. So I went out with the snow lamp and was looking, looking, and thinking "you've got to be kidding me!". Then I saw it - a single fingernail sized flake, and another, and a few more. So, yay! Woohoo too! Currently 32F here.
CoolHandMike
Got about 2" here now. Not currently precipitating, but the "shield" is slowly rotating through so we might wake up to a little bit more. Usually I'm a "give me a foot or give me nothing!" type of weenie, but this is perfectly nice and I'll gladly take it. 1
Blizzard-on-GFS
Just flipped from sleet to snow in Manahawkin/Beach Haven West. I was worried about mixing but we have a low dew point so I’m hoping it will be all snow now
