hawkeye
Wow! The temp dropped incredibly fast as the rain started to fall earlier. Snow now.
IrishRob17
I had a small period of sleet, all snow now. 33/31
IrishRob17
Glad to see some more local mPING reports, if it’s any of you guys, thanks. I know, I’m a dork. 33/30 and moderate snow.
CPcantmeasuresnow
32.8 and from the visibility I would call it heavy snow flicks a pretty small though well it’s already covering up everything. Road driveway grass all covered. And it didn’t start snowing till a little after nine. Should be an interesting next four hours

NepaJames8602
20 degrees, moderate snow and eyeballing 3 to 4.0” inches on the deck so far. I can’t believe how cold it got already here. Pure powder here.

Juliancolton
Roads are all covered up here already. 30F at home, snowing nicely but nothing too crazy yet. Hopefully we start to see some cohesive meso banding soon as the low ramps up.
crossbowftw3
4-5” of what’s become a real nice powder bomb. Down to 24 from 34 four hours ago. Probably got a solid 2-4 hours left to push past low end of the WSW.
NepaJames8602
Clean up number one complete, going to say 6.0” so far and snowing moderately. Im not very impressed with the rates here, but overall great storm. It’s a cold March storm!
Juliancolton
Broad-scale subsidence taking a real toll on the precip shield. This thing will be in and out much quicker than I figured.

Thought we were going to snow heavily till 2 o’clock looks like we have maybe another hour at most, at least where I am. Just the story of this winter. For now 30° and heavy snow. Under the weather today so no official measurements but there has to be at least 3 inches so far.
crossbowftw3
Still cranking at a good clip but I agree with the radar presentation. Ceilings have lifted considerably last hour and temperature went back up one degree. If this is how it ends…not bad. addendum: pushing 6” now. MLK was roughly 6.5” so just a little more to go to mark biggest storm of this winter.
White Gorilla
Sigh, such is this winter. Oh well, I am grateful for this much snow today regardless. It's a real winter wonderland out there.

Lousy calls by me yesterday. The storm is just not organizing the conveyor belt structure and throwing back moisture like I thought it would. Snow growth is getting really paltry already. Much nicer than the cutter that was progged up until a day or two ago, though.

IrishRob17
2.8” on the board but 3.6” if I measure in the yard so I’ll go with that measurement LOL

Marginal events, shove that ruler down to the soil line, the snow sits up on the grass…instant KU 4
CPcantmeasuresnow
Back under a heavy band but unless it just sits there won’t be under it for long.
NepaJames8602
7.0” inches here in the Poconos and snowing lightly, radar is really falling apart. It’s about wrapped up out here.

Official measurements as I conclude round 1 of my cleanup confirm the 6” at my location thus far.
gravitylover
2" of white rain. Sure it accumulated but it's melting from underneath and the roads are already clear. It's pretty now but there's a lot of weight on budding branches that will freeze soon. When that wind comes up it's gonna get interesting.
