About 50% of my normal to date. Only good event was that sneaky LES event back in December. If this one misses East I never want to hear @TugHillMattcomplain again. I’m at around 10 inches here in the southern Dack/ great sacandaga lake region. 1

tim123
Gotta say this is the type of pattern I have not seen in a long time. High to north some ne wind lake fluff. Then a big east coast storm. Hope it works out.

TugHillMatt
True...with getting down into the single digits brings us to 35 to 40 degrees 1 or 2 days later...maybe getting down to 0 and below will bring us to 25 to 30 degree "ridge" with our next warm-up...and set the stage just right for our first real snowstorm of the season. TugHillMatt
The dewpoint doesn't look to get much above 32 degrees during this mini-warmup, so hopefully that will reduce some of the melting that occurs for those of us who have a snowpack.

LakeEffectKing
It's funny Buffalo referenced that the Canadian didn't finish, yet on the precipitation maps on tropical tidbits, we were able to see where the lp was going. Someone give 'em a call!
BGM Blizzard
Thinking the 18z GFS might come in even more amped than 12z. The vort is stronger and a little west of 12z in Ozarks.

Syrmax
Ok, so I'm lifting a Twitter graphic from #HeWhoShallNotBeNamed (the infamous DT/wxrisk) but his discussions are usually interesting. He even seems to have cleaned up his non-mastery of basic spelling.
