CNY_WX Posted February 19, 2022 Share Posted February 19, 2022 How are they issuing these snow squall warnings? Currently there’s one issued for only the northwestern part of Onondaga county. I was wondering about that as well. The one for here meshes with the Warning issued by Buffalo NWS. I wonder if in warning situations as this, if "NWS Zones" take a lesser priority and the warning just goes for whatever specific area falls within a particular "shape area" that any NWS office issues.
