Are you still on Long Island?  Maybe I missed something earlier but how much snow did you get yesterday?

12 inches  give or take a few tenths, 30 miles east of me  >20 inches

Back to Cicero on Wednesday just in time for something I hope !

Remote weather station showed -13 this morning, Brewerton?

I actually recorded -16 on my weather station. That’s the coldest this winter so far.  Islip measured about 24 inches for the storm. It was still worth the trip for 12 inches. Come back to CNY and bring that foot here.

Boy, these are persistent in showing that slop storm you’re so hard about.

Does give me some pause being that they are usually SE of the Op more often than not. But the EPS have been fairly adamant on being further SE as well and that does seem very logical given how anomalous that arctic HP is as Tombo and various NWS outlets have alluded.

Gefs are phasing in more energy compared to other guidance which is more pos tilted. It’s an outlier right now but can show you where this can go if more energy phases.
