On a larger team myself and it’s far more competitive than community driven not to mention there is local politics and stuff involved but a smaller neighborhood team sounds like a lot more fun. I’ve tentatively explored flights for tomorrow if things were to shift fully forwards a GFS-esque event overnight but I’m probably not willing to make the $500 investment.
