Brimson had -26 & -38. Calm winds let the temps drop considerably. That's a #2 record. -43 in 2014. Records start in 1986, so not very long. But it looks like top 5/near record lows the last couple days in the region, even for longer period stations, so this is impressive cold for this time of year.
