I heard there is a massive shortage of DOT/town workers because they are out with covid. Our town had to delay garbage pickup for 2 days as almost the entire department was out with covid. All of SW CT and NW CT below freezing with moderate rain.. Rain moving east with temps below freezing across the rest of the state besides SE areas. They called a late school delay here at 6:45 then closed at 8:30. Roads a disaster with numerous accidents. Gov't at its finest.
