midatlanticweather Posted January 1, 2022 Share Posted January 1, 2022 As far as shifting, I do not think anymore that we see a huge shift, but still some north and west shift of the precip shield. I suspect that areas 30 to 40 miles north and west of what shows as the most snow, actually gets the most snow. But I do not think we see a sudden shift north and west.. Now, I hope I am wrong!
