nwohweather
I don’t think this tornado has weakened as much as folks think. It’s in a bit of a radar hole and still posting a solid couplet 1

Louisville is going to be under the gun around 1:30 Eastern and the SPC believes if anything that the atmosphere is only going to ripen ahead of this If I were in Louisville I would very seriously consider evacuating right now. 1 1
MUWX
Storm to the southwest is starting to take off (or has been cranking and I’ve been too focused on the other one). Castaway
Had a sense earlier it’s May and not December. Being 58 right now with my balcony door cracked for a couple hours watching this. Especially this long tracked tornado with insane debris signatures…

nwohweather
Two large tornadoes that could come into play soon for Owensboro and Clarksville. While the big one may be on its last legs, these two definitely are not. Instability is still there and SRH is off the charts now as the pressure continues to fall with this deepening low. Just an absurd environment

yoda
Mesoscale Discussion 2006 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 1136 PM CST Fri Dec 10 2021 Areas affected...northern Tennessee and southern Kentucky. Concerning...Tornado Watch 554... Valid 110536Z - 110630Z The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 554 continues. SUMMARY...A significant tornado threat is materializing across northern Tennessee and southern Kentucky. DISCUSSION...A cluster of storms has produced occasional tornadoes as it moved across eastern Arkansas and western Tennessee, but storm interference and a messy storm mode so far has precluded a more long-lived, strong tornado threat. However, a cell, now in Henry County, Tennessee, has emerged ahead of this line and has a favorable airmass ahead of it. MLCAPE around 1000 to 1200 J/kg and 0-1 km SRH around 300 m2/s2 per OHX VWP suggest strong tornadoes will be possible. As long as this storm inflow remains unimpeded, it will likely pose a threat for strong tornadoes. ..Bentley.. 12/11/2021 ...Please see www.spc.noaa.gov for graphic product...
