31.8 here. I just walked the dog and ice is showing up on the cars and part of my side street is icing over. I almost fell. You can feel the cold wind. It's here. Not one car out in the neighborhood. I imagine the streets are empty.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet
  accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulation of a
  tenth to quarter of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio. Portions of southwest and
  western Pennsylvania. Portions of northern and the northern
  panhandle of West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Friday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

I saw that too, but I think there must have been something going on with the output. I just went back and looked at the last 2-3 runs and all gave 1-4 inches county wide.

Ehh, think about it though. If you throw an ice cube into a cup of ice water and put it back into the fridge it will take forever for it to melt. Same thing here. Rain falling at 33 degrees isn't going to really melt much at all.
