I think people need not worry if there is mixing as it seems brief with each pass. Also with the low transferring, we should be breathing a bit easier now. My untrained opinion, lol. Yea, in Lawrenceille it lasted about 10 minutes. Back to almost heavy snow

KPITSnow
Dry slot is ripping north really fast. Going to have to see something change pretty drastically to avoid it.

Homie J
My radar has around .5-.6 of total accumulation in liquid equivalent but only 2.5 or so inches of snow has fallen. That sleet is really hurting our rates.
TimB
Whatever happens from here on out, this heavy snow is awesome. A few more bands of this would be just the ticket.

Homie J
The next heavy band just north of the border looks to be mostly sleet based on the CC. Then we get dry slotted. What a joke of a system
MikeB_01
Absolutely puking sleet right now. I’ve never seen sleet like this. .

Rd9108
The HRRR wants to keep this low further west which is not ideal fwiw.

Ahoff
Never had full sleet here. There some in there now, I can hear it but definitely snow too. Small flakes but pretty heavy. Does the dry slot actually look that big? Plus, we have all night with this as well and that was supposed to be the heaviest rates anyway from 9pm-6am. Ecanem
Massive band moving north. My worry with seven springs was the dry slot because how close it was to the low. We are drying up here.
