SouthCoastMA
59F and Mostly Sunny. it's a beaut clark Also, just looking for any glimpses within a crap pattern - outside shot of something on models between 12/13 - 12/14 before the inferno reestablishes. If you can get that northern stream dig enough (only the GFS really shows it doing so)..then might have something notable if it can link up with that souther stream system that the EURO and CMC cut off. Afterwards, that ridge is going to blast in here either way

PhineasC
Definitely did not expect to have some of the warmest obs in New England today. The weather here is always surprising to me.

weathafella
All the ensembles feature a really good Pacific 11-15. EPS is most aggressive with the SE ridge but definitely signs of a fun pattern post 12/20 on GEFS, GEPS, and EPS.

PowderBeard
Pretty wild day. Left Burptown at 11am and it was 37*, got to the lake in Brookfield 30 minutes later and it was 55*. Now the wind is starting to crank.
wxmanmitch
I hope we get a pattern change soon as this weather is awful, just awful. I am always a fan of the underdog, and in this era of rapid global warming, that underdog is colder than normal weather. This is precisely why I always root for it, even in the spring and summer when most people don't want it. Well, that and the fact that I also have a strong dislike for warm, humid weather. Unfortunately, rooting for team colder than normal in this day and age often feels like rooting for the Patriots in Super Bowl XX. 2

PhineasC
NOW it feels more like a New England winter cutter. I'm sure the cold front will take many hours to get here as the precip will orient n/s directly overhead as it usually does in these events.
