Ya we definitely need the NAM west or one of those two.. HRRR was fun!

Yeah the Cape is pretty close to a lock. For most of us you'll need one of the deeper solutions to verify and get the low to tuck in pretty close to the coast I think. That may take some work.

It’s looked like a N NJ S NY SW ct big rain event and coastal Se /cape mass potential big wind event (w Lower  Confidence for 3-4” rains (Se mass /cape)but def possible .

Doesn’t look like a big deal for other folks in my opinion , thou some spots will see spot 3” rain amounts which is solid but not what models were advertising earlier

hmmm walt drag thinks this storm is being underplayed

I actually think for those near the track of this meso low that it could be some "holy shit, what just happened?" while outside of that path it's just a typical strong nor'easter. The Cape forecast should be three buns hanging off the flagpole.

Things getting a lil more serious perhaps?  Could this be a next level event for SNE?

SE MA and the islands looks like it will be a higher end event. Tough to say for us. It’s close

HMON looks like the 12k NAM for what it’s worth. I thought the HMON did pretty well with Henri.
