Several of the buildings spanning the mountain top plateau ..have nice amenities, pool, jacuzzi, Starbucks , restaurant etc (like a little village) Even if you used a third party rental management company you would make money and the 1 Br’s /2Br’s are up 20% YOY in price if you owned and decided to sell Absolutely stuffed to the gills with annoying DC people though. The 72/56 was a +18 here. Last year was a warmer max at 74F! But the low was 36F. This fall we have had zero of those high diurnal ranges like last years temps show.
