There are benefits.....we'll pay much lower heating costs and that's going to be really good this year with inflated prices. Expand were 1997-98 and 1998-99 the lowest snow total we ever had over a 2 year period? 1996-97 to 1998-99 might have been the lowest snow total we ever had over a three year period and if it wasn't for 2000-01 the snow drought would have lasted right through 2001-02. I saw a 4 inch long one with a white stripe down its middle in my bathroom last night and freaked out (I guess the cold weather brought it in?) I killed it but I didn't know it was dead until this morning. Also saw a mouse streak across my floor.....just great.....now the glue traps have to come back out. I had them in the basement of my old apartment. When I would go down to do laundry I'd sometimes see 3 or 4 of them. Luckily for me I usually only see one a year. Last night was particularly horrible, after seeing the centipede earlier, I saw that mouse later on in the night.
