I'm going out on a limb and saying no - there is a fair amount of cloudiness out there and I'm not sure we'll have optimal conditions to radiate a lot overnight. The telleconnections look to be favorable to deliver cold air to the east thanks to a -EPO and +PNA. Here is the -EPO towards mid month on the GEFS & EPS today.
