Alabama is still sitting out there of course.

Penn State would have trucked them had Clifford not gone down. I lost a lot of respect for Ferentz this past week too with his comments about the injuries. I think Bubbler’s right — might not be any upper 70s or 80s with high dew points, but I’d bet we still have a few more warm days coming up. For what it’s worth, I miss summer and the longer daylight hours too. I don’t know how old you are but one thing that helps a little is that the older (and busier, it seems) I get, the faster time seems to fly by. The holidays come and go quickly and then we just have to get through a few months, likely with some mild spring-like days scattered here and there throughout, and it will be mid-spring again before you know it.

MDT should be close today. HIA in full effect like usual. 3-5 degrees warmer than all the other reporting stations nearby. This excludes Cap City which is always higher than anyone else it seems. MDT coming in higher than BWI. Its currently 48 degrees at Dulles and 55 at MDT. Sheesh.

People take inventory of their homes prior to leaving for the big game and decide what they'll need inside the stadium. Gone are the days of grabbing the foam seat cushions and a light jacket. (okay, that was never me) Now we think about what we're going to use as projectiles.
Mount Joy Snowman
I hit 47 for a low last night. That Tennessee game was a trip. I was up late watching it with a manhattan in hand trying not to dose off. I should have just gone to bed since the baby had me up at 5:30. No rest for the weary.
