Unfortunately, my weather station is located in the shade because it is on the north-facing side of my home. From about a week ago the sun's progressively lowering angle keeps me in the shade the entire day. I won't go back to partial sun coverage until the end of January. Frustrating, but that's the layout of my property, which is the middle unit of 3 townhouses with a small back yard. Only option would be to put it up on my roof, which I would never do since the roof would contaminate the high temps anyway. All that to say it's only 59 now, but in the shade. I'm sure you could tack on 3 or 4 more degrees if it were in the sun. Looking forward to this potent little cold front sweeping through this evening and then the lake effect machine kicks on briefly for our friends in NW PA.
