Expand Yep. Skies are completely clear overhead but a bank of high clouds are moving in from the west. Looks like the NAM's depiction of upper 70s is going to be pretty accurate. It happens all 12 months - I remember so many winter days waiting for a cold front to arrive to "preserve the pack" when the high is projected to be 38 while it's actually 46 with full sun.
