Found this neat website from a tweet by NWS Mt. Holly. Currently set to plot cloud cover at KPHL:

Super (and soupy!) dense fog here in Reading. Should burn off in the next couple of hours. With highs in the upper 70's to low 80's over the next few days we might have to run the A/C today and tomorrow, meh. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

Hearing some talk about this SST warming event on Rebecca's Northeast weather.... apparently its rare for them to occur this early. Last time it happened was in 2010 which led to many disruptions in the polar vortex and formation of the "alaska ridge" for that snow season....

2010 -2011 was a great winter in these parts. Pretty much a snow blitz from mid december through the end of january with 2 MECS, one of those a borderline HECS(boxing day) followed by an early spring. Pretty much my ideal winter imo.

Well he has piloted shuttles off planet surfaces... so...

I ended up with a high of 76 yesterday and 81 today, both mornings with lows of 60.  You could definitely feel the humidity today however.

Currently 71 with dp 66.

Mt Holly tweeted about RER high temp ties for 3 CWA sites today -

I wouldn't even consider what trickled in, a gust front.  It looked good in the sky but other than than the active breeze that has been happening on and off today, the dp drop was the most significant indicator (and the sky going dark).

Made it up to 80 and it's currently dropping and down to 68 with dp 59.  ETA - it's attempting to rain.
