Just talking to a friend in Lower Bucks County just to the West of the PDS. They just got a call from a friend that their house has sustained severe damage. Unclear if from directly from the tornado or a tree falling on it.

Checking in to my liberty NY weather station 2.5 inches so far, identical unit in Lynbrook, rain gauge decided to malfunction today

The tornado threat for NYC east probably comes 03-05Z or so with those line segments down in SW NJ and SE PA now.  The good news is probably not going to see anything violent out of that like they got in NJ but still dangerous at that time of night with people asleep

They had one earlier in the summer that was an EF3, this may be similar
