Relentless rain all day here in the Poconos, around 3.50" or so, winds constantly howling as well. My current location is on top of a hill, elevation around 1800' so rather exposed to these winds. Should easily get to 5" here.

CAMS like the HREF are doing a great job on how rapidly the convection would fill in ahead of Ida this evening.

 

 

The HREF was the only  model to indicate that this would go 10”+ in the wettest spots.

located over Willow Grove, or 10 miles north of Philadelphia, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may
