Makes a lot of sense compared to the radar estimates of 0.80", which were obviously too low just based on how hard it rained for some of the time. Despite the fact that we generally suck at winter, we often see light snow stick around over our area as lows pull away, and we've certainly seen the same with coastal-type lows in the "rainy season."
