MarkO
Thought it was close. Fairview Lane in Portsmouth, RI is where the EF0 briefly touched down in October 2019.

I'm a bit north of this report but: Station Name: Sandwich 1.5 SSE Observation Date 9/2/2021 7:00 AM Submitted 9/02/2021 7:33 AM Total Precip Amount 6.73 in. Based on radar..wouldn't be surprised with some 7-8" amounts in some spots. I wasn't trying to dismiss it...just noting some towns in other spots had numbers really stick out. Definitely 7-8"+ at least there.

Cyclone-68
What surprised me the most from all of this besides the ridiculous rain amounts were the BIG TIME tornadoes associated with this. We all joke (well I do) about the EF0 and EF1 “spin-ups” but these were serious Midwest/Great Plains not screwing around tors

I mentioned that on Twitter a few months back and got some kickback. Some farmers apparently think b/c they have had dry soil for a few years we're in extreme drought. 6 minutes ago, SJonesWX said: by everyone, you mean only DIT, right?
