In what respect ... ?

I just went to Tropical Tidbits and loaded up the operational ....clicked Prev 7 or 8 times and the QPF layout was fine and huge and axis of greatest essentially where it aligned - certainly not enough to be 'that' much of a distraction.

I don't like the GFS model for other reasons... but, just trying to be fair.

Just a hunch, but I think we get one more bonafide threat this season and it should be respectable, unlike that fraud Henri. I am a fan of the forecasting dichotomy that Henri and Ida provided, though. I am not biased.....I make an objective call as I see fit. I was very bearish on Henri and insanely, aggressively bullish on Ida from the start.

I had a gust last night that shrieked so loud all the dogs came running to me. Heard snapping limbs, found several down in the yard. Wheres our Portsmouth RI guy who says Narragansett Bay eats storms.

Wow New Bedford 9.5" on PNS. Although it seems like some of these reports are a little much.

Yeah. I'm a bit north of this report but:

Station Name: Sandwich 1.5 SSE
Observation Date 9/2/2021 7:00 AM
Submitted 9/02/2021 7:33 AM
Total Precip Amount 6.73 in.

Based on radar..wouldn't be surprised with some 7-8" amounts in some spots.
