Had 2 brief downpours.  Office just said start packing up to WFH.  I'll be heading out soon, hopefully plenty of time to not be in the rough stuff.

There's a whole pile of rough stuff all around you right now (although not sure where you are commuting from to get home)! :o

Good luck with the commute.  I hate driving in white-out rain. :axe:

Temp has crept up to 74 and dp to 71.  I noticed the western edge of the band seems to be moving faster now.  RedSky should be getting something up yonder in Bucks.  The "yellows" are about to roll in there.

Just broached .5"/hr rates here. Up to 1.74" on the day. It's coming.

Just as I saw your message I was getting a FFW alarm out of my weather radio from NWS (this is west of me but getting close now).

Just got that too.  Don't know what's flooding already.  About to find out.  I only have 5 mi commute.  KSQ to Avondale

Stuff right on my doorstep.  Considering how slow it was all moving earlier today, it's moving in pretty quickly now and drifting up from the SW too.

Temp is 73 dp 71.

I hope it is a quick mover. Having heavy rain and this lasting all day wouldn’t be good.

It will depend on whether there is back-building.  This little blob just spontaneously formed east of me.  Am starting to get some light rain.  Not enough to tip the bucket but it is wetting the sidewalk.

"Yellows" are umm... swampin' ya!! :o  I know you are glad you aren't out in that in the field.

Oh yeah. I've been low-key checking what my drive home would look like, so far it's almost up around 2 hours with several crashes and red zones on Google maps.

Just hit .8"/hr rates here.

Originally was thinking how can this turn into another Delco screw job. But just looking up at the skies, and all the different directions the cloud cover is coming from. On top of the fact that tornadoes and flooding are happening elsewhere, I’m content if things don’t materialize down here in Drexel Hill. And obviously there is way too much yet to unfold to deem us safe from anything destructive.

hope everyone comes out on the other side of this safe and sound.

god speed everyone.

Very underwhelming compared to yesterdays "potential" discussion.  About 1/2 inch of rain in past 24 hours...no wind.   Stay Safe....
