About 3-6 feet judging from the tide station at the USCG station upisland.

Grand Isle itself is 7' above sea level, so i guess 14'. though right now the sea level is rising quickly. actually it's pretty hard to see much of anything with all the spray and waves. the house in the background is still standing but i'm just kind of watching to see if it outlasts the camera. really can't believe anyone would choose not to evacuate with these conditions coming but i say that every big storm
BuffaloWeather
Northern eyewall is onshore. Another 20-30 minutes for the center. The eyewall also looks to have completely closed after the western portion was open

SchaumburgStormer
Grand isle a few minutes from getting absolutely raked by the NE and E eyewall. Looks like it will miss the eye and be in the worst case scenario.

Amped
There's an outer eyewall trying to form on radar. If you look closely you can see it on recon data. It's way too late for it to kick in prior to landfall though.
jojo762
In addition to the imminent clash with the NE eyewall, Grand Isle like has a significantly long time to go with onshore flow blasting storm surge.
