We’d be running naked through streets, except the only problem is that we’d be going from a prog of 41 and dry to 34 and rain.

MN Transplant
So, at the moment we have a dousing from the Euro and temps in the low 70s, the NAM and GFS have a glancing blow with minimal rain, but clouds that keep it to 80 or less, and the HRRR is a whiff and we are upper 80s. CAPE
If nothing else, that pesky mid level low is going to keep temps lower than they otherwise would be, as it delays the expansion of the Atlantic ridge into our area for a couple days. Mostly cloudy and low 80s today > than sunny and 90 for yard work.
dailylurker
Radar hallucinations already this morning. It almost looks like it want to rain today from DC east. I know it won't but the radar looks interesting.. kinda. This has been one boring stretch of weather.

Mount Holly has a half to three quarters here for tonight, so we shall see. Best chances for good soaking appear to be southeast of my yard. It was funny watching the TV stations continue to bump up the totals. Then I woke up to 10.8ish inches on the ground. The NAM wasn’t necessarily wrong with the numbers, but we all know how the NAM is.

All jokes aside from earlier, gonna be very close call. Can see the northern edge battling a bit, genuinely looks a little like December 2018. I'd guess rain makes it to most of the Beltway, but who knows.
