Same here.  Yesterday's garden variety TS was the best of the year (faint praise) and I still haven't seen a lightning bolt since summer 2020.

The severe threat is still there. Very strong dynamics with this system...don't need alot of instability. Actually remains fairly unstable well into the overnight too. Should see damaging wind potential hold through eastern Mass.

Timing does suck, but yeah the dynamics are really good.  Probably not much severe but some decent storms into the overnight
