H2O
Was on the southern end of those storms that moved through. Just generic wind and rain IMBY. Decent rains tho. When the OFB hit earlier in the afternoon the amount of cicada tree branches flying around was legit. So many brown leaf branches everywhere.
GramaxRefugee
2.02" since yesterday noon. Las night's rsdar showed a pretty strong storm in PG, weakened after Bowie, mostly gave us rain, (0.7"). Currently sprinkling rain, ovrcst, 69f.
BlizzardNole
No thunderstorm action here as usual but did manage 0.8 total of rain from showers which is twice what I was expecting. Good for the lawn.
EastCoast NPZ
Picked up about .4" total for yesterday, from our typical drizzlefest. Plus whatever we got from the storm Wednesday afternoon....probably another .4 - .5". Badly needed rain.
MN Transplant
This one a couple of blocks over from me. Hit the front of the truck. Didn’t see anything particularly wrong with the tree, so this is just straight storm damage.

We were directly hit by three strong thunderstorms. This has been the norm for the past three years. I've hardly had to water my garden for three years. Cloudy, swampy and nasty with a temp at 70.

It's simply amazing how little weather we get here. By far, the most severe weather we get is the wind behind cold fronts...on sunny, dry days. Easily the most boring weather of any part of this country.

I don’t remember 06 having the wind, but the multiple rounds of thunderstorms was impressive. A couple more damage shots from my area.

EastCoast NPZ
Lo of 56F. Impressive considering the breeze and amount of clouds overnight. Very comfortable air mass. Can't ask for better weather in July.

nj2va
57 and partly sunny in Deep Creek - a bit chilly but good to get some yard work done to get the house ready for the 4th. We’re hosting my family for the holiday (through next Thursday), including 5 kids under the age of 10. Thank God for booze. 4

Got 73 with partly sunny skies at 2:30 PM on July 3! Must be what Deep Creek is like.
