Witness Protection Program
What's the deal? Both the main El Paso and Midland pages have been failing to show on the map or their legend(clickable link listing of hazards next to the map) current flash flood warnings today. It's been happening all day that I've been checking. Current El Paso FFW is from 3:52pm to 7:00pm, in effect for more than an hour. Not showing in either Chrome or Firefox (yes, I refreshed, cleared cache, etc.) I think it shows at the national level, but most users don't go to that level. If you click on the regional office map to a specific location it is in the Hazardous listings, but many users just glance at the regional main page map. And showing up in the regional page's radar image, but since it's not listed in the clickable link box, some may guess it is expired. Doesn't seem to be the entire time I was typing this. Isn't a FFW one of their most serious warnings? Dropping the ball again. No explanation I could see on the regional office pages. https://forecast.weather.gov/showsigwx.php?warnzone=TXZ418&warncounty=TXC141&firewxzone=TXZ055&local_place1=2 Miles N Sunland Park NM&product1=Flash+Flood+Warning&lat=31.8286&lon=-106.5731 https://www.weather.gov/epz/
