Fun times up there! When it comes to thunderstorms I'm living in the right place. Believe or not I was struck by a bolt last August. Just one of so many trips to the hospital.
Nice squall line, watch the marine layer knock'em down...down here if you get under one of these sea breeze convergence storms WoW. Tower goes up, huge billowing mushroom and then watch them collapse. Always prolific lightning. East coast West coast. I'm right in the middle. Rainy season begins this weekend...oh joy, I'll be watching from inside.

FL thunderstorms are pretty fun.  New England ones are weak in comparison.

Outflow dominate now. We’ll see how long it sustains. 850 Theta e axis does sort of traverse as this moves east. Should support it for a time.

Sometimes the sfc cold pool can prolong the line or even strengthen it if there’s CAPE available to tap into.

I remember that happened in the 6/10/08 line that hammered ORH. We had gusts to 70mph. Came through around 10pm when there was still a lot f leftover CAPE from a 90+ day.
