Ridiculously high is right but not like Long Island where my primary house is One house I saw in Jamesville or was it Fayestsville, I forget but it would go for 3x that price on Long Island. Past 8 months living at my liberty NY house ( we had a trace of snow this morning )

Just don't want to thread into areas that use propane or oil; want Natural Gas only

Looked as north as Cicero too

I appreciate the help Matt; I don't wish to clutter the forum with real estate, would you mind if I PMyou next time?

Absolutely. There are a group of us in the Central NY area who I am sure would gladly provide you with some information.

Very nice setup for prolonged training convection along the Lake Ontario lake plain tomorrow. NAM is tossing out some hefty 2.5”+ totals.  Would make for a rainy relaxing Sunday and bust the drought wide open.

I feel like the drought was busted weeks ago. We’ve had a ridiculous amount of rain in Irondequoit. I keep a wheelbarrow in my backyard and I’ve dumped several inches out probably 5 times in the last 3 weeks. Seriously. Maybe it’s real local?

Hey guys

This snow lover is relocating From Long lsland's Lynbrook and Sullivan County's   Liberty NY

Heading back up to Central NY state multiple times in the next 2 weeks in areas surrounding Syracuse

Like I have mentioned, Looking for the sweet spot between LES and N'oreasters  based on historical averages and maybe a little elevation thrown in too

Can't be a rural hamlet since I need to heat with natural gas and have to have gigabit internet and NO radon areas and great schools

These are the areas I am looking at within 10-20 miles of Syracuse in  mostly Onondaga County

North Syracuse

East Syracuse

Brewerton

Manlius

Phoenix

Cicero

Central Square

Fayettesville

Baldwinsville

Pompey

Camilius

Minoa

Cazenovia

Chittenago

Please feel free to PM me as not to clutter up this forum topic

Thanks!

Pretty crazy it hit 90 at our latitude in Wisconsin today. That warm front just south of us is really screwing up this week.

82F in Detroit right now and sunny while its 58F and cloudy in Toronto. Its crazy that from a public perceptions this spring will now get added to the list of failed/slow springs. Even though it was anything but.

Its crazy what two weeks of rain and one late April snowstorm will do to the general publics idea of spring

Hi guys! I’ve got a favor to ask. On or about March 1, the cabin that I goto, in Brantingham, suffered a catastrophic failure of one of its out building roofs. The garage roof caved in under the weight of the snow and ice.
The insurance adjuster is saying it wasn’t due to snow and is refusing to pay. I’d like to get some stats on the snowfall, over time and accumulated, for approximately Jan 15-March 1. NWS, being as clunky as it is, is very difficult for me to use, but I know some of you guys are pretty adept at pulling these maps and figures.

The adjuster is trying to say it was rot. And truth be told, rot probably played a part. But we also had a huge ice damn slide off another building and smash a set of stairs- so I know there was substantial ice and snow accretion during that time period.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

This is the daily snowfall total from Lowville.  The closest town I could find to Brantingham.  I come up with 68 inches without a thaw from Jan 15 to March 1st, that's pretty significant.
