HoarfrostHubb
You've done more waffling on this one storm than iHop does in a month. Last week you said it was a no go, not going to happen, then it's a blizzard. Many of us have stuck with the same thinking which if I'm not mistaken is what 97 of the holier than thou threads have been about in terms of formulating opinions outside of the models. I've specifically said the SE 1/3 of new england which included you, will and even ryan. I think that's the safe play with maybe a shift to the SE 1/4 which would largely be SE MA but I'm not ready to go there yet. You talk about agitating, grow up and stop changing titles to create conflict for your own amusement. I hope you can still be friends Most of the "bigger guns" on here have been pretty steady with their thinking... I'm just here for the ride
Damage In Tolland
This European model will not be lonely today with all the hugging going on.
moneypitmike
No offense to anyone, but I'd love it if folks were to start talking about mixing issues in "ENE".
weathafella
Trof axis just a bit further west this run.....I'm confident it will deliver big time. 60 hours.
dryslot
I'll tell ya...the Euro will be king if it pulls this off and maintains continuity and the others follow suit in the final 2 days. It's king now but the little deal last week would be soon forgotten. Looks good.......
Boston-winter08
Trof axis just a bit further west this run.....I'm confident it will deliver big time. 60 hours. that trough axis further west is key, good stuff
ORH_wxman
What a mess all that northern stream energy is...it can't decide what its doing. It still looks like it will be okay on this run, but there's a lot of crap going on that looks very tedious.

ORH_wxman
One thing I don't really like about this run (and it might not matter too much)...is that it weakens the southern stream much more after about 36h after starting off stronger through 24h than the 00z run. CoastalWx
It starts to organize the s.w mess at hr 66, but I think it will be a little east of 00z. It's really trying to charge the trough up, with all that energy digging on the backside.
weathafella
Ugh...this will be further east. The issue is can it "hook"...we'll know soon..
weatherwiz
I think it was Tip that alluded to this but considering the ridge in the west is being based on what's occurring in the Pacific, mainly with the PNA strength/state and the Euro has a much better handle on the Pacific than American models I wonder if this is holding any merit here at all? Just the consistency of the euro has been stellar, maybe it's a little premature to use consistency right now as the entire 12z run hasn't came out yet but from the way it sounded it was heading towards it's past solutions. CCPSUSuperstorm2010
If it is any consolation, I would gladly take a changeover to rain for a time in order for places along I95 and points N and W to get a big storm. of course that doesn't mean much when it comes to models showing an out to sea solution for the most part. dendrite
Not enough downstream ridging for my liking. A lot further east through 78.

ORH_wxman
I think this will be east of 00z, but still a hit for ENE...its going to make a violent hook left after 72h or 78h.
RICoastalMan
What is causing that to occur? the nam, gfs...take your pick

Enough of a hook to throw some decent QPF back further west to get more of the interior?
nzucker
This one will be big. Euro not backing down Def trended east significantly...low is 200+ miles off ORF at 78...not a good sign. ECM caving to GFS.
weathafella
Down East should get clocked. 984 crossing 40/69 almost exactly.
