nj2va
I noticed the Cherry Blossoms in our neighborhood are starting to show puffy blossoms - they usually follow the Tidal Basin bloom to the day so I’d imagine those are progressing along towards Peak Bloom Easter Weekend. Very Great Plains-like day today with warm/windy. Sure is. This was what I was referencing a few days ago as being weird/unusual for around here. This combo of warmth and wind. We usually get our windy days on the heels of a cold front. Last time I encountered winds on a dry warm day like this was several years ago driving from LA to Palm Springs on a Santa Ana day.
