I did hear one low rumble of thunder from a distance and there is a lighter return band incoming here (hopefully it will provide some more).  Am up to 0.17" of rain and temp at 68 w/66dp.

I heard Glenn on the radio earlier this afternoon talking about upper 50s for the weekend for highs. :o

Yep, Sat (57F) and Sun (59F)

Still a decent batch moving in...

Up to .40" here from the two rounds (2nd round was a decent shower but no lightning). Been a boatload of lightning for the last half hour off to the south, from this baby moving through Delaware, and into south Jersey, with distant rumbles of thunder. Saw 3 lightning bugs as well. What a nice night out!

What I am dubbing "round 2 1/2" was rockin' and rollin' more than anything when under the warnings and afterwards the round 3, deposited just over 1/2" additional rain.  Finished up at 0.77" for the day and it was MUCH needed!

Currently a steamy (steamed up windows) 66 with dp 65.7, as the sun gets ready to rise  through a deck of high clouds.

Upper Bucks/Montco does in fact appear to be a hotspot

Funny, this map shows them nearly surrounding my house.  I live to the just west of the E in Edison.  Maybe if I drive 5 minutes west I'll see them.

.60" of rain last night.

Measure .4" in the backyard weather station. Not too shabby. I think I read somewhere we went 17 days without measurable rainfall, but don't quote me on that.

Sounds about right, and the week prior to that we had 1/4" here, so it's been dry for sure. Got 0.70" here last night, this morning all the plant life looks refreshed. Nice day!
