I’ve actually never played the Mtn Course.  But in all my years driving by it, seeing it, XC skiing it, etc I can only image how much ammo would be necessary.  It’s basically if you don’t hit the fairway, you’ve lost your ball .

Getting in a couple rounds this weekend. Playing in a scramble tournament Saturday (with big cups; never done that). So getting in a practice round tomorrow.

Got out yesterday after a 2 hour frost delay.  Just barely made 18 with the sun setting.  First time playing in 3-4 weeks so could not find a swing groove.   Shot a 95 which is normal for me.   Of course I had to birdie the 18th so it forces me back to play

Closing day today at my home course. The annual veterans day tourney has evolved into a true greenskeeper's revenge. Holes cut at a 45 degree angle, worst possible pin placements, etc...

Checking in on The Match on TNT. Koepka vs. DeChambeu. Koepka up by 4 holes. Not all that interesting and I don’t really like either guy that much. It’s golf though.

I like the premise of these matches, but in my opinion the competitors need to keep me entertained by their play and commentary. Which is why Phil is perfect for these.
