First and all only call. The farther west and higher up you are for this one, the better. Most of the state C-1 but up to 2" in W CT hills and NE Hills. Went this with a solid 2-4 for all of NW CT, particularly in the higher elevations. It's going to be very difficult to get any accumulations more than a brief coating in S CT near the zero with surface temperatures in the mid to upper 30s and strong afternoon late Feb sun angle.

3 would make for a nice e afternoon walk, then we melt for a couple days, driveways and chicken runs get clear, and we hope for a bookend biggie and an early spring.
