HoarfrostHubb
12z NAM looks like 1-3/2-4 for hilly parts of SNE. West is best Mostly rain east of ORH county
Connecticut Appleman
Over the past couple of years, being in Litchfield County has not been all that helpful, which is contrary to long-term history. While not a big win, if this played out along the lines of the Euro, I would be OK with it.

Damage In Tolland
Storm-total QPF was found to be generally similar to prior guidance, but some tendency for a period of better lift in the snow growth zone centered around the late afternoon commute period led to some increase in snow amounts for most, but especially across the higher terrain in the Berkshires, northern Worcester and northern Tolland Counties. This brings snow amounts for these locations to near- Advisory levels (2-3", locally as much as 4")
