Could it end up being a big miller A storm for the entire northeast? I still think that's unlikely but possible. 

Still worried about the SE ridge amping things up as we get closer though in this case Thursday's storm wouldn't be happening without it. 

I think it stands to reason that Tuesday going to shit helps that event by lowering heights behind it, thus it has more room to amplify and not pork us all.

Good trends overnight. If we’re getting more ambitious, I’d like to see some more trending today of midlevel centers trying to organize to the south. That would prolong and enhance the snowfall. 

As it stands now, it looks like a solid moderate event but it’s not far from something more significant.
