The fzrn coating as a base for the sleet is going to compound things. Based on the looks of the radar and the inbound precip field, this has the potential to over perform up here. The interstate overpasses were sketchy, with one 5 car crash on an overpass over 270. Another 2 car slide off on 495. Seemed to be quite a bit of ice already sagging branches in Bethesda. Walks, patio, driveway, road are all plain rain. Temp is 29f. If the fzrn can keep up after sunset, it will be downright dangerous. Just my obs and predictions. Lousy day.
