It's been 27-29 and lightly raining/mixing all day and the tree branches here aren't sagging, nor is the untreated sidewalk anything but wet. Today made me realize that even with 27 degree temperatures and a light rain, we still suck at winter. 0 accretion on trees and leaves in Germantown. I had PUDDLES! At 27 degrees! lol. We`ve increased the planar ice accumulation totals up to near 0.25" which is bordering on ice storm warning conditions.
