NorEastermass128
Healthier band incoming from the SW. We'll see if it produces.
NeonPeon
Nice light snow and it's actually sticking after a mixed start. Living that deep deep winter dream with my three inch pack and day two of cross country skiing. Genuinely loving it.

That looks like its in a good spot for from about rt 2 through the NH border.....EURO has never had any H7 fronto.

Hi res always shows it I didn't say it was, but if you want decent banding, having the EURO show some semblance of H7 fronto is desired. Hopefully you called "Fed" too soon, but not looking great for CT.

ORH_wxman
Getting some better flakes in this now. Still a lot of baking powder but mixed with some hooked dendrites. Vis is really low now. This is borderline moderate/heavy.
wxeyeNH
18.5F Light snow. Vis 1 mile 1.75". Sun dimly visible. Poor snow growth. Snow growth was good earlier.

dendrite
Cutting through the bands on the 12z 3k NAM and you can see most of the fronto and lift in SNE is below the DGZ, but it wouldn't surprise me if that band cutting through central MA is tickling some good lift up to the DGZ. Up here growth has been good, but just not enough precip. 1

We're def getting better and better snow growth by the second just north of the slot....was pure baking powder/dandruff even 20 minutes ago, but now it's probably more than half hooked-dendrites. Seems like 25 dbz is prob the magic number down here.
